We wanted to dye a softer fabric with all the colours, so we have soft and pretty reds, yellows and blues and then of course some greens and purples from that. A soft fabric but with medium mottling on all other than the 36 linens. Please note that because of the sheer number of different colours that went into this dye, these fabrics are truly unique!
All fabrics are dyed using Zweigart base fabric and fibre reactive dyes and the edges of the fabric are serged to prevent fraying. Cut sizes are measured before dyeing and some fabrics do shrink up during the dye process.
Aida / opal aida - 18" x 21" pieces.
Evenweave / opal evenweave / linen / opal linen - 18" x 27" pieces.
Fabrics are not guaranteed colourfast or lightfast.
Some fabric types, and even counts, take the dye differently resulting in some types dyeing richer, darker or more mottled. Please see the photograph for how each fabric dyed.
