Hand Dyed Fabric

Our Classic Halloween Collection red is a striking, bold mix of deep pinks, some reds and some black mottling. The mottling on this one is strong and the colours are intense. The 40 evenweaves and 36 linens are the softest and lightest, but even those are pretty dramatic with this one. 

All fabrics are dyed using Zweigart base fabric and fibre reactive dyes and the edges of the fabric are serged to prevent fraying. Cut sizes are measured before dyeing and some fabrics do shrink up during the dye process. 

Aida / opal aida - 18" x 21" pieces.
Evenweave / opal evenweave / linen / opal linen - 18" x 27" pieces.

Fabrics are not guaranteed colourfast or lightfast. 

Some fabric types, and even counts, take the dye differently resulting in some types dyeing richer, darker or more mottled. Please see the photograph for how each fabric dyed.
