Hand Dyed Fabric

A slight variation on our "The Beach" fabric. We've dulled it down a little, grunged it up and made it a little less Summer Beach, and a bit more UK Beach in December. With browns and greys instead of beiges and blues. All fabrics have light to mid mottling, the evenweaves have dyed the lightest overall.

All fabrics are dyed using Zweigart base fabric and fibre reactive dyes and the edges of the fabric are serged to prevent fraying. Cut sizes are measured before dyeing and some fabrics do shrink up during the dye process. 

Aida / opal aida - 18" x 21" pieces.
Evenweave / opal evenweave / linen / opal linen - 18" x 27" pieces.

Fabrics are not guaranteed colourfast or lightfast. 

Some fabric types, and even counts, take the dye differently resulting in some types dyeing richer, darker or more mottled. Please see the photograph for how each fabric dyed.
